What happens if I receive a defective product?
happylsland is very proud to offer a wide range of sex toys and lingerie to people all over the world, and we have thousands of happy customers!
But in some cases, our suppliers don’t always get it right. Sometimes our customers receive defective products, and if this happens, we will correct it immediately.
If you think you have received a defective product, please be sure to check the following:
Have you tried new batteries?
Most products that don’t seem to work properly are due to the wrong batteries.
– Check that the batteries are correct, replace the batteries, or recharge your toy.
Also check if there is a round battery label on the top of the battery – if there is, you need to remove this round piece of paper before using the item. If there is a piece of paper or plastic around the battery, leave it in place.
Have you tried holding the “On” button for 3-5 seconds? Some products come with a travel lock to prevent accidental turning on.
If the product is rechargeable, fully charge the product before trying to turn it on. Some products come with a remaining charge, but some may need to be charged first before they can turn on.
If your product is faulty, we will be happy to replace it for you. To arrange a replacement, please contact us within 7 days with the details of the fault. Please provide the following details:
Order number of the product purchased
Description of the problem
If possible, please provide photos or videos of the fault
We will then determine whether we need to send you a return courier bag and then arrange to send you a replacement product.
If the same product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly for a refund or to purchase other items in the store, please pay attention to your email.
Under no circumstances will the returned products be resold. They will be returned to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.
What is the return policy of happylsland?
happylsland accepts returns in certain circumstances, such as manufacturing defects.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Can I exchange it?
Due to the characteristics of the products we sell, we do not accept exchanges for any products. Please fill in the delivery address carefully before placing an order to avoid the loss of the package due to the wrong address.
Please read our size information carefully, because if the size is listed on the website, we cannot exchange products that are too large or too small.
Can I cancel the order?
If you decide to cancel the order after payment, you can cancel the order if the order has not been shipped.
Please contact us immediately and provide your order number. Please note that for each cancelled order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchased products for the shipped order. If your order has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, the shipping fee will be fully refunded. We cannot cancel orders that are already in the courier. How long is the warranty on your product?
Our warranty policy covers products for 31 days from the date of purchase, unless the manufacturer specifies a warranty period.
In this case, the manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence. The warranty covers malfunctions and defects that occur due to manufacturing defects. Damage or malfunctions caused by misuse, accidents or general wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy. If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or similar model. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.
